Product Description
Where double-door watch boxes are used
Boutique counters, e-commerce watch drops, corporate and milestone gifts, limited editions and aftermarket packaging for a piece being serviced or re-sold. The two doors are the point: the piece is revealed only as the customer opens it, which is the moment a watch brand is paying for.
They are used for single pieces, and for a set where one door carries the watch and the second holds spare straps, a buckle or documentation. Rollout programmes use one footprint so the display case stays uniform between references.
Pillow, seat and door construction
The pillow is a covered block sized to the case and lug width so the strap holds without tension, and the seat is cut to stop the head rotating. Velvet, flock or PU leather is bonded to the board and to the inner face of the doors, so nothing raw shows when the pack opens.
Doors are hinged to a rigid shell with concealed magnets in the meeting edge, and the wrap is turned over a single bevel so the corner is square. Where the box is used on a counter, the base carries a raised foot or a branded plate and the interior can be laid out for a right- or left-hand wear.
