Corrugated Boxes

Corrugated cartons from transit pack to printed shelf-ready case, specified by flute, liner grade and stacking load rather than by looks.

Board grade is engineered against compression and burst, so we quote from packed weight, stack height and journey length.

  • Single-wall and double-wall grades chosen by load
  • Flexo or litho-laminate print for shelf-facing cases
  • Auto-bottom, RSC and die-cut formats on one tooling family
  • Recycled and FSC certified corrugated available

Choosing Corrugated Boxes Packaging

Corrugated is specified against compression and burst. We need packed weight, stack height and the journey before a board grade is quoted – the wall that holds the pallet comes before the graphics.

  • 01 Choose flute by product weight and stacking, then decide the print route.
  • 02 Litho laminate gives shelf-grade graphics without losing burst strength.
  • 03 Specify the liner grade for moisture; a humid container journey needs a treated liner.
  • 04 Keep the printed area away from the label panel so the barcode stays scannable.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the minimum order for Corrugated Boxes packaging?

500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the board, the print and the insert are kept to a format we already tool, since only the artwork changes.

2. Can we use our own artwork for Corrugated Boxes packaging?

Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.

3. How long does production take?

Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.

4. What board grades do you run?

E, B and BC flute as standard, with kraft, white or printed top liners, and 250g - 350g board for litho-laminated shelf cases.

5. Which certifications apply?

FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
