Choosing Perfume & Fragrance Packaging
Fragrance is bought on presentation, so the pack is specified from the flacon outward: the seat holds the bottle by body or collar, and the print face is chosen before the structure.
- 01 Send the bottle drawing or a sample - collar, base radius and cap height all change the cavity.
- 02 Metallised card needs UV-cured inks, so the stock fixes the print route.
- 03 A window on the cap collar sells the piece without opening the pack.
- 04 Keep the volume mark and refill claim on the front panel where the shelf needs it.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order for Perfume & Fragrance packaging?
500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the board, the print and the insert are kept to a format we already tool, since only the artwork changes.
2. Can we use our own artwork for Perfume & Fragrance packaging?
Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.
3. How long does production take?
Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.
4. Can a carton present like a rigid box?
A heavy metallised card with soft-touch lamination and foil gets close at folding-carton cost. Where the pack is kept rather than discarded, a rigid shell is the better specification.
5. Which certifications apply?
FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
