Choosing Gifting & Luxury Packaging
A luxury pack is judged by touch, so the specification starts with the surface – wrap stock, lamination and edge turn-in – and the structure is chosen to protect that finish through handling.
- 01 Choose the wrap first: specialty, pearl or leatherette stock decides what decoration is possible.
- 02 Soft-touch lamination shows oil marks; a matte laminate with foil reads cleaner on a counter.
- 03 Line the interior - a visible greyboard edge is what makes a rigid box look cheap.
- 04 Specify the closure against the weight of the lid, not the look of the front.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order for Gifting & Luxury packaging?
500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the board, the print and the insert are kept to a format we already tool, since only the artwork changes.
2. Can we use our own artwork for Gifting & Luxury packaging?
Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.
3. How long does production take?
Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.
4. What separates a luxury box from a standard rigid gift box?
Wall thickness, wrap quality and interior finish: heavier greyboard, a turned-in specialty face, a fully lined interior and a closure rated to the lid weight.
5. Which certifications apply?
FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
