Soap & Bath
Soap wraps, bath bomb cartons and gift sets sized to a bar, a slab or a wet-environment product that still has to breathe.
Natural lines are usually bought on unbleached kraft with one-colour print, so the surface is specified before the decoration.

Choosing Soap & Bath Packaging
Soap is packed against two things: a surface that marks easily, and a fragrance that has to stay inside while the bar finishes curing. Board, coating and closure follow from that.
- 01 For cold-process bars, specify a wrap that breathes during cure, then a retail face for the shelf.
- 02 Coat or laminate the board where the pack lives near a shower or a sink.
- 03 Natural ranges read better on unbleached kraft with one-colour print than on gloss.
- 04 Cut the cavity to the bar radius so the soap cannot dent in transit.
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is the minimum order for Soap & Bath packaging?
500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the board, the print and the insert are kept to a format we already tool, since only the artwork changes.
2. Can we use our own artwork for Soap & Bath packaging?
Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.
3. How long does production take?
Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.
4. Does soap packaging need a barrier?
Where the bar is high in butters or oils, a grease-resistant liner or a PE-coated face keeps the outer from staining. Hard, low-oil bars can pack in plain kraft.
5. Which certifications apply?
FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
