Bakery & Confectionery

Cake boxes, pastry trays, cookie packs and windowed gift boxes for bakeries, patisseries and confectionery counters.

Each one is cut to the finished product plus its board or tray, so a 6-inch round cake and a dozen macarons get their own cavity on the same tooling family.

  • Windowed boxes that show the icing without touching it
  • Grease-proof inserts and cake boards sized to the tin
  • Stackable lids that keep a frosted cake square in transit
  • Counter and take-away packs in matched footprints

Choosing Bakery & Confectionery Packaging

Bakery packs are bought against a physical shape – a cake, a dozen macarons, a loaf – so the box is cut to the item and its board, not to a nominal size.

  • 01 Measure the finished product, not the tin: icing, dots and toppers add clearance the box has to carry.
  • 02 Specify a grease barrier where butter content is high, or the corner will show through.
  • 03 A deep lid with a flange keeps a frosted cake off the top panel.
  • 04 Window film must not touch icing - set the cradle height to hold the piece below it.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the minimum order for Bakery & Confectionery packaging?

500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the board, the print and the insert are kept to a format we already tool, since only the artwork changes.

2. Can we use our own artwork for Bakery & Confectionery packaging?

Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.

3. How long does production take?

Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.

4. Do bakery boxes ship assembled?

No. Cake and pastry boxes ship flat with a pre-glued or snap-lock base, and the lid is specified to stack so several boxes travel in one column without crushing the top.

5. Which certifications apply?

FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
