Choosing Mailer Boxes

Mailer Boxes is defined by how it is constructed rather than what it holds. We match the structure to your assembly line, your packing bench time and the unboxing you want the customer to experience.

  • 01 Confirm internal dimensions against the product first, then add wall thickness and the insert depth.
  • 02 Choose the closure that suits the shelf: tuck end for speed, magnetic or drawer for perceived value.
  • 03 Plan the print around the dieline so panels, logos and legal copy never fall on a fold.
  • 04 Assemble one production sample before the full run so the glue tabs and fit are verified.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the minimum order for Mailer Boxes?

500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted on request when the structure and board grade stay within our existing tooling.

2. Can we use our own artwork for Mailer Boxes?

Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.

3. How long does production take?

Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.

4. Is Mailer Boxes shipped assembled?

Folding formats ship flat, typically 20-50 pcs per export carton, which cuts freight volume considerably. Rigid and magnetic formats ship assembled with corner protection.

5. Which certifications apply?

FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
