Mailer & Shipping

E-commerce mailers and shipping cartons that fold up without glue, survive a courier network and still present the brand when they arrive.

Sizing starts from the parcel, not the catalogue: the box is set against packed weight and the volumetric rule of the carrier you actually use.

  • Die-cut fold-up mailers, no tape or glue at the bench
  • E, B and BC flute selected against packed weight
  • Tear strip and tamper-evident closure options
  • Sized to parcel volumetric rules, not to a stock carton

Choosing Mailer & Shipping Packaging

A mailer is a freight cost before it is a print job. We start from packed weight and the courier volumetric rule, then choose flute and dimensions so a SKU does not tip into the next price break.

  • 01 Set the box to the product plus its insert, then check the parcel size against your carrier table.
  • 02 E-flute for light retail parcels, B for dense goods, BC double wall when cartons stack on a pallet.
  • 03 Print the outer face but keep the label panel clear of foil and emboss.
  • 04 A tear strip adds tamper evidence and lets the customer recycle the box flat.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the minimum order for Mailer & Shipping packaging?

500 pcs per design for most runs. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the board, the print and the insert are kept to a format we already tool, since only the artwork changes.

2. Can we use our own artwork for Mailer & Shipping packaging?

Yes. Send AI, PDF or CDR vector artwork at 300dpi in CMYK with bleed. If you do not have artwork yet, we supply a dieline first and our studio prepares a mock-up for approval before platemaking.

3. How long does production take?

Sample 3-5 days / bulk production 7-15 days. The clock starts once the dieline, artwork and board grade are confirmed; rush runs can be arranged around a launch date.

4. Can one mailer serve shipping and display?

Yes. A retail-ready mailer ships inside a master carton and opens on the counter as the display, with the inner flaps folded back to form the riser.

5. Which certifications apply?

FSC chain-of-custody on request, ISO 9001 production control, and FDA 21 CFR 176.170 compliance for board used in direct food contact.
