Product Description

Where flip-top rigid perfume boxes are used

Niche and premium fragrance, parfum extras and refill sets, discovery collections, and gifting where the box is kept after the bottle is finished. A flip-top is chosen when the brand wants the piece standing upright on a dressing table rather than stored flat in a drawer.

The same structure suits counter sampling - the lid opens and stays open, so the piece is presented without a second hand holding the pack - and travel sets where a bottle and an atomiser share one base.

Hinge, neck ring and bottle seat

The lid is hinged to the base with a covered spine, and the hinge is set so the lid stands square when open rather than folding back. That limits wall thickness at the spine, so the hinge is built into the wrap rather than added after assembly.

Glass is heavy and short, so the base carries a bonded neck ring or a cut seat that holds the bottle by the collar and prevents it lifting out in transit, and the interior is lined so the glass cannot mark the wrap. A tissue bed, a printed card or a magnet on the lid front finishes the opening.

Why custom flip-top perfume boxes from CRIIO

CRIIO sizes the seat to the flacon and the hinge to the lid weight, then proves both on a physical sample - the bottle packed, the lid opened repeatedly, and the pack dropped - before platemaking.

Because the shell family is shared, a 30ml, 50ml and 100ml run on matched construction with only the seat and print changed, and starting quantities stay low enough for a single launch rather than a full production year.
