Product Description
What drawer product boxes are used for
Small goods that need to stay flat, protected and easy to open: accessories and cables, candles, stationery and prints, cosmetic tools, tech peripherals, replacement parts and sample kits. The drawer keeps a thin product from bowing in a tall box, and the tray can hold several items in a fixed layout so the pack contents are verifiable without unpacking.
On a shelf the format reads as premium at low cost, because the sleeve carries full-wrap graphics while the tray keeps the product squared up behind it.
Tolerances, materials and finishes
The sleeve-to-tray fit is the whole specification: too loose and the drawer opens in transit, too tight and it needs two hands. Wall choice follows the product weight and the shelf life - folding carton SBS for a light retail unit, greyboard wrap for a rigid gift price point, or an E-flute sleeve where the pack ships in volume.
Graphics run across the full outer face and can continue on the tray edge, with matte or gloss varnish, spot UV or foil. Pull tabs, an easy-tear strip, a printed product list on the tray, and a hang hole for peg display are all options on the same structure.
Why custom drawer product boxes from CRIIO
CRIIO sizes the drawer to your product and its handling, then proves it: sample first, then platemaking, so the slide tension, tray fit and print are agreed before the run. Sizes are cut to the item, so a pack that would rattle in a stock box is held in its own seat.
One tooling carries the range - the same sleeve with a different tray or a different print covers new SKUs, and starting quantities stay low enough for a launch and a reorder on the same specification.
