Where drawer fragrance boxes are used
Eau de parfum and eau de toilette flacons, gift sets pairing a bottle with a travel spray or lotion, tester packs for boutique counters, and collector or limited editions. Fragrance is bought as presentation as much as scent, and the drawer gives a slow reveal - the bottle appears from the sleeve rather than being lifted out of a cavity.
For sets, the tray holds each component in its own flanged seat, so a 100ml flacon and a 15ml travel spray travel in one pack without contacting each other or the wrap.
Keeping a glass bottle fixed in a drawer
Glass moves, and a flacon that shifts inside the sleeve scuffs the wrap and risks a chip at the shoulder. The tray is cut to the bottle silhouette in EVA and covered with flocking, velveteen paper or a lined board, with a shallow flange over the base so the bottle cannot tip when the drawer is pulled vertically.
The sleeve is sized to a firm slide so the pack does not open in a courier bag, and the wall is thick enough that the cap decoration does not press through the wrap on a shelf display.
Why custom drawer perfume boxes from CRIIO
CRIIO works from the flacon. Send the bottle with its cap, or a drawing with the widest diameter and the height, and the tray seat, drawer tolerance and cap clearance are set together, then proved on a physical sample before platemaking.
Board grade, wrap, foil, flock colour and tray seat are all specified separately, so a single tier extension can move from a matte black edition to a pearl finish on the same structure. Quantities are quoted per run, which keeps a boutique launch and a chain rollout on the same specification.
