Product Description
Where folding carton fragrance boxes are used
Retail fragrance and body-mist cartons, tester boxes, gift sets and refill packs where the shelf has to do the selling. The metallic card gives the shine of a foil box without rigid board, which is what lets a mid-price scent present next to a premium one.
The same structure covers 30ml through 100ml with a change of tooling only, so a range keeps one silhouette across an eau de parfum, a body spray and a travel atomiser. Where a set is sold, a divider carries the bottle plus the mini on one tray.
Metallised card and bottle seat
Gold and silver card is a laminated board with a metallic coating, and it takes offset only with UV-cured inks - standard inks do not anchor, so the print route is fixed by the stock rather than by choice. Finish is usually gloss or matte aqueous with spot UV or foil on the brand mark.
The bottle cannot sit loose: an EVA or paper-lined cradle locates the base and the cap, sized so the glass does not twist under the label. Reverse tuck or auto-lock bottom is used with a glued seam, and the neck is left open where the cap collar has to be visible.
