Product Description

Where electronic product cartons are used

Headphones and earbuds, chargers and cables, adapters, smart-home accessories, wearables, keyboards and small appliances. The retail pack is also the courier pack for many accessory brands, so the carton is specified to pass a drop test inside a mailer rather than inside a master case.

Where a range shares one footprint, the same tray family runs several SKUs with only the insert and the print changed, which keeps accessory lines on one set of tooling costs.

Tray separation and finish

The contents are mixed-density - a body, a coiled cable, a manual, sometimes a spare tip set - so the insert is a cut tray with separate pockets, and the cable is held in a routed loop so it cannot unwind under the lid. Where a heavier unit is packed, the tray is thick EVA rather than folded paper.

Finish is usually matte soft-touch or aqueous on white board with a clear brand face and a back panel left for the specification block, compliance marks and barcode. Venting, a hanging hole for peg display, and a peel-and-reseal strip for accessory re-sale are all cut on the same die.

Why custom electronic cartons from CRIIO

CRIIO designs the tray around the accessory set you actually ship, then proves it with the product packed - drop behaviour, cable routing and lid closure are confirmed on a physical sample before platemaking.

We size against your parcel volumetric rules so the carton does not push a SKU into the next price break, and specify board, tray depth and print separately, so a bundle becomes a new insert on the same tooling.
