Product Description

Where vape cartons are used

Disposable devices, pre-filled pod packs, e-liquid bottles, replacement cartridges and starter kits. The retail environment is a counter or a smoke shop cabinet, so the carton has to read at arm length in a brightly lit row and hold one device without rattle.

The same format runs the multi-unit retail display count - a 5 or 10 piece carton with an inner tray that presents the devices face up - where a single outer becomes the shelf unit.

Retention seat and security print

Devices are short and heavy for their size, so the cavity is cut in EVA with a finger lift rather than a paper folder, and the mouthpiece end is held to stop the pack rocking in transit. Board goes to the heavier end of the carton range for that reason.

Graphics lean on holographic board, foil and spot UV because the shelf is competitive, and the space reserved for warning copy is fixed early - the warning area sets the layout, not the other way round. Scratch-label panels, sequential QR codes, holographic stickers and a child-resistant inner are added where the market requires them.

Why custom vape cartons from CRIIO

CRIIO builds the carton from the device geometry and the warning area outward, so the seat, the code placement and the retail count are resolved together - then proven on a physical sample with your unit in it.

Security options are quoted on the same tooling, so an anti-counterfeit layer added later is a print change and not a new die. Cartons ship flat, and quantities are set to a device launch rather than to a container minimum.
