Product Description

Where full color print apparel mailer boxes are used

Direct-to-consumer apparel parcels: tees and knitwear, denim and workwear, activewear and swim, lingerie and hosiery, scarves, belts and small leather goods, and folded flat-pack items that ship without a poly bag. It is the box the customer opens on the doorstep, so the printed face has to survive a courier network and still present the brand on the first open.

It also serves boutiques that ship online orders in the same mailer box they use for in-store wrapping, and subscription or drop-model labels where every parcel carries the seasonal artwork. Sizing starts from the folded garment and its packed weight rather than from a stock carton, because freight is charged on volumetric size and an over-sized mailer is paid for twice: once in board, once in freight.

Print coverage and die-cut structure

The box is cut from one sheet and locked by interlocking end flaps, so it assembles in seconds with no glue and no tape, and the self-seal strip closes it for a tamper-evident return. E-flute carries a light folded tee, B-flute takes denim, outerwear or a multi-piece order, and a double-wall spec is used where parcels stack on a pallet without bulging.

Full color print runs across the whole outer face including the end flaps and the inside, so the unbox face can carry a pattern, a size chart or a returns instruction. Print is specified against the liner: a white liner holds fine type and skin tones, while a natural kraft liner shifts saturated color and suits one or two spot colors better than four-color photography. A tear strip, a perforated return label panel, a hangtag slot for a swing ticket, and a divider or tissue bed are cut on the same tooling.

These structural options follow the same die-cut logic used on our Kraft Snap-Lock Mailer Boxes and the E-Commerce Corrugated Mailer Boxes, so a range can share one dieline family and change only the print.

Why custom apparel mailer boxes from CRIIO

CRIIO sizes the mailer to the folded garment and the packed weight, then works back to the dieline, flute and liner grade against your quantity and target landed cost. The fold and the drop behaviour are proved on a physical sample before platemaking, and a printed proof is approved on the actual liner stock rather than on white art paper.

Mailers ship flat, so storage and freight are charged on board rather than on air. Boxes are cut on our own tooling, which makes a size change a dieline change rather than a new machine setup, and a re-run pulls against the approved sample so print and fold stay matched.

For apparel ranges that need a printed carton rather than a corrugated shipper, the same artwork transfers to our product boxes and apparel boxes in folding board, and to kraft grades where an uncoated surface is part of the look; a full color run and the retail and e-commerce volumes we quote on are planned from the same artwork file.
