Choosing Packaging By Industry

An industry is not a box style. What changes is the environment the pack has to survive, the way it is opened, and what the law expects to see printed on it. We start from those three and work back to the structure.

  • 01 Map the journey first - retail shelf, direct-to-consumer courier, cold chain or export pallet each fail for different reasons.
  • 02 Size the insert to the SKU count: cradles for singles, divided cavities for sets, so nothing travels loose.
  • 03 Check the labelling rules of the destination market before locking the dieline, not after platemaking.
  • 04 Keep one print family across the range so a wide catalogue still reads as a single brand.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Which industries do you supply packaging for?

Food and bakery, chocolate and confectionery, cosmetics and beauty, perfume, candles and home, soap and bath, gifting and luxury, mailer and shipping, corrugated transport, and retail and ecommerce. Each has its own page listing the structures we already run for it.

2. What is the minimum order for industry-specific packaging?

500 pcs per design across the range. Lower trial quantities can be quoted when the structure and board grade stay within our existing tooling.

3. Do you meet food safety requirements for food packaging?

Yes. Board used in direct food contact is sourced to FDA 21 CFR 176.170, with grease and moisture barriers selected against the product, and FSC chain-of-custody paperwork supplied with the shipment.

4. Can one factory cover a whole multi-industry range?

That is the case for a single supplier. Board, plates, finishes and insert tooling stay consistent, so a cosmetics line and a mailer line still match on colour and build quality.

5. How is bulky industry packaging shipped and stored?

Folding formats ship flat, typically 20-50 pcs per export carton, which cuts freight volume considerably. Rigid and magnetic formats ship assembled with corner protection.
