How Ordering Works

Four steps from a product in your hand to a boxed pallet on a loading dock. Nothing is tooled until the flat pattern is approved.

  • 01 Send the product, its dimensions and weight, and the quantity band you are planning.
  • 02 We return a dieline and a structural proposal with the board grade written on it.
  • 03 Artwork goes on the dieline; we prepress it, separate foil and emboss layers, then output plates.
  • 04 A production sample is made and signed before the bulk run starts, and held for the whole programme.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the minimum order quantity?

500 pieces per design is the standard MOQ. Below that we quote from stock sizes or digital print, which has no die or plate tooling and therefore a lower floor.

2. I Do Not Have a Design File, Can You Help?

Yes. We draw the dieline for your product free of charge and our studio can build the artwork around it. You approve the flat pattern before any artwork is placed on it.

3. Can I get a sample before production?

A production sample is made after the prepress proof and before the run starts. It is signed by both sides and kept on site, so the bulk order is measured against a physical reference rather than a rendering.

4. Where Do You Ship And How Do You Control Quality?

Export packing and freight options are confirmed during quoting. Quality runs through four checkpoints — signed golden sample, first-off press sheet under a light booth, in-line dimensional and adhesion checks, then AQL sampling before the containers are sealed.
